The Database
MHIB uses an easy-to-navigate database to track all patients, claims and payments. Treatment programs have access to their patients’ data, as well as quick reference to see insurance dollars recovered, amount paid to families, and amount paid to the program. Families may access their own personal data.
Patient Payment Data
Our database give you 24/7 access to view patient insurance payments for each day of treatment, as well as copay and deductible requirements. This data supports revenue cycle management and helps keep families and programs informed on the status of insurance payouts.
Income Charts
We track insurance income payments month over month to help treatment programs easily track historic revenue.
